Section 415A.250 - Effect of chapter on certain other laws; incorporation of certain volunteer health practitioners into emergency personnel of State1. This chapter does not limit any rights, privileges or immunities provided to volunteer health practitioners by laws other than this chapter. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, this chapter does not affect requirements for the use of health practitioners pursuant to the Emergency Management Assistance Compact.2.
