Section 412.606 - Discrimination against member of National Guard; penalty1. No person, firm, association, corporation or state or local governmental entity may, by any constitution, rule, bylaw, resolution, vote, regulation, order or other action, discriminate against any member of the Nevada National Guard because of his or her membership therein.2.
