Section 412.123 - Order calling National Guard into active service: Directed to commanding officer; contents; duty to communicate immediately1. A call for any portion of the Nevada National Guard shall be made by an order issued and directed to the commanding officer of the unit which is so called into service. The order shall designate the particular troops called, the time and place of rendezvous, and the officer to whom they shall report.2.
