Section 412.069 - Chief of the Division of Emergency Management of the Office of the Military: Service at pleasure of Adjutant General; powers and duties

The Chief of the Division of Emergency Management of the Office of the Military serves at the pleasure of the Adjutant General and maintains the powers and duties set forth in 414.020 to 414.340, inclusive.
