Section 396.7937 - Powers of Board of Regents
The Board of Regents may:
1. Apply for and accept gifts, grants and donations for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of NRS 396.793 to 396.7938, inclusive.2. Receive, invest, disburse and account for all money received for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of NRS 396.793 to 396.7938, inclusive.
