Section 394.16975 - Provision of blueprint to public safety agency upon request; confidentiality1. The principal or other person in charge of a private school or his or her designated representative shall provide a copy of the most current blueprint of the school to a public safety agency upon its request. 2. A public safety agency to which a blueprint is disclosed pursuant to this section shall not disclose the blueprint except pursuant to the provisions of NRS 239.0115.3.
