Section 393.0713 - Term of privilege; renewal and revocation; exception for use of school library by general public1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the privilege of using the buildings or grounds must not be granted for a period exceeding 1 year. The privilege is renewable and revocable in the discretion of the board of trustees at any time.2.
