Section 388A.527 - Certain paraprofessionals required to possess qualifications prescribed by State Public Charter School Authority1. A person who is employed as a paraprofessional by a charter school to work in a program supported with Title I money must possess the qualifications prescribed by the State Public Charter School Authority.2.
