Section 388A.600 - "Project" defined "Project" means:
1. Any building, structure or real property owned, to be acquired or used by a charter school for any of its educational purposes and all related appurtenances, easements, rights-of-way, improvements, paving, utilities, landscaping and parking facilities, together with all the personal property necessary, convenient or appurtenant thereto; or2.
