Section 388.294 - Professional development regarding use of school service providers and security of data concerning pupils1. Each school district and the governing body of a charter school or a university school for profoundly gifted pupils, as applicable, shall annually provide professional development regarding the use of school service providers and the security of data concerning pupils.2.
