Section 388.615 - Board for the Education and Counseling of Displaced Homemakers: Creation; membership; duties; compensation of members1. The Board for the Education and Counseling of Displaced Homemakers is hereby created. The Board consists of five members appointed by the Governor, one of whom must be a current or former displaced homemaker and one of whom must be representative of business in the State.2. The Board shall: (a) At its first meeting and annually thereafter elect a Chair from among its members.(b) Meet regularly at least once each calendar quarter and at other times upon the call of the Chair.3.
