Section 385.050 - Compensation of members; claims1. Each member of the State Board of Education is entitled to receive compensation of not more than $80 per day, as fixed by the State Board, for attending each meeting of the State Board, not to exceed 12 meetings in any calendar year.2. While engaged in the business of the State Board, each member and employee of the State Board is entitled to receive the per diem allowance and travel expenses provided for state officers and employees generally.3.
