Section 381.0061 - Administrator: Adoption of regulations governing use and safe operation of state-owned trains and fixtures

The Administrator shall adopt regulations governing the use and safe operation of locomotives, motorcars, cars, recreational or commercial rides on the trains and fixtures owned by the State of Nevada.
