Section 378.200 - Retention and distribution of copies of state and local publications1. After receipt of any publication from a state agency or local government pursuant to NRS 378.180, the Center shall distribute copies of that publication to depository libraries.2. The Center shall retain sufficient copies in the State Library, Archives and Public Records for preservation and use by the public.
