Section 369.382 - Suppliers: Authority to engage in business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages restricted

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 369.386, 369.415, 597.230, 597.235 and 597.237, a supplier shall not engage in the business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages in this State.
