Section 365.304 - Term and transferability of license; regulations for renewal of license1. A license issued pursuant to this chapter: (a) Is valid for 1 year, unless suspended, revoked or cancelled.(b) Is not transferable.2. The Department shall adopt regulations providing for the renewal of such licenses.
