Section 353D.260 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Limitation on effect of action by Board of Trustees; imposition of obligations on State or pledge of State's credit prohibited1. An act or undertaking of the Board does not constitute a debt of the State of Nevada, or any political subdivision thereof, or a pledge of the full faith and credit of the State of Nevada, or of any political subdivision thereof, and is payable solely from the Trust.2.
