Section 349.180 - "Hereby," "herein," "hereinabove," "hereinafter," "hereinbefore," "hereof," "hereto," "hereunder," "heretofore" and "hereafter" defined

"Hereby," "herein," "hereinabove," "hereinafter," "hereinbefore," "hereof," "hereto," "hereunder" and any similar term refer to the State Securities Law and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used; "heretofore" means before the adoption of the State Securities Law; and "hereafter" means after the adoption of the State Securities Law.
