Section 41.330 - Conduct of proceedings by county officers; no fees to be charged

All proceedings under NRS 41.300 to 41.330, inclusive, shall be conducted by the appropriate county officials, including the district attorney, without cost or expense of any kind to the petitioner or alleged insane person.
