Section 33.630 - Arrest of person who violates order; verification of notice to adverse party1. Whether or not a violation of an emergency or extended order occurs in the presence of a law enforcement officer, the officer may arrest and take into custody an adverse party: (b) Without a warrant if the officer has probable cause to believe that: (1) An order has been issued pursuant to NRS 33.570 or 33.580 against the adverse party;(2) The adverse party has been served with a copy of the order; and(3) The adverse party is acting in violation of the order.2. If a law enforcement officer cannot verify that the adverse party was served with a copy of the application and emergency or extended order, the officer shall: (a) Inform the adverse party of the specific terms and conditions of the order;(b) Inform the adverse party that the adverse party has notice of the provisions of the order and that a violation of the order will result in his or her arrest;(c) Inform the adverse party of the location of the court that issued the original order and the hours during which the adverse party may obtain a copy of the order; and(d) Inform the adverse party of the date and time set for a hearing on an application for an emergency or extended order, if any.3.
