Section 32.195 - "Rents" defined "Rents" means:
1. Sums payable for the right to possess or occupy, or for the actual possession or occupation of, real property of another person;2. Sums payable to a mortgagor under a policy of rental-interruption insurance covering real property;3. Claims arising out of a default in the payment of sums payable for the right to possess or occupy real property of another person;4. Sums payable to terminate an agreement to possess or occupy real property of another person;5. Sums payable to a mortgagor for payment or reimbursement of expenses incurred in owning, operating and maintaining real property or constructing or installing improvements on real property; or6. Other sums payable under an agreement relating to the real property of another person that constitute rents under law of this State other than NRS 32.100 to 32.370, inclusive.Added to NRS by 2017, 1223Added by 2017, Ch. 232,§21, eff. 10/1/2017.
