Section 341.130 - Authority to participate in interstate, regional and national projects and to confer and cooperate with federal officials and entities of neighboring statesThe Division is authorized:
1. To participate in interstate, regional and national planning projects for the purpose of conserving and promoting public health and the safety, convenience and general welfare of the people.2.
