Section 293.2731 - Establishment of polling places1. For a primary election or general election, the county clerk must establish: (a) In a county whose population is 700,000 or more, at least 100 polling places where a person can vote in person on the day of the election.(b) In a county whose population is 100,000 or more but less than 700,000, at least 25 polling places where a person can vote in person on the day of the election.(c) In a county whose population is less than 100,000, at least 1 polling place where a person can vote in person on the day of the election.2.
