Section 293.910 - Limitations on disclosure of confidential information

If a person listed in NRS 293.908 or a person who obtains a court order pursuant to NRS 293.909 requests confidentiality, the confidential information of that person may only be disclosed as provided in NRS 239.0115 or 293.912 or as otherwise specifically authorized by law.
