Section 286.723 - Board to prepare report of investments in scrutinized companies1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 286.725, the Board shall prepare an annual report of investments of money from the System in scrutinized companies as identified pursuant to NRS 286.721. The report must include the amount of money allocated in such investments and other data and statistics designed to explain the past and current extent to which funds from the System are invested in scrutinized companies.2.
