Section 279.654 - Issuance of bonds: Rentals and revenues; special funds An agency may:
1. Covenant as to the consideration or rents and fees to be charged in the sale or lease of a redevelopment project, the amount to be raised each year or other period of time by rents, fees and other revenues, and as to their use and disposition.2.
