Section 279.478 - Assistance for relocation1. An agency shall provide assistance for relocation and shall make all the payments required by chapter 342 of NRS and the regulations adopted by the Director of the Department of Transportation pursuant thereto for programs or projects for which federal financial assistance is received to pay all or any part of the cost of that program or project.2.
