Section 278C.310 - Effect of chapter1. This chapter, without reference to other statutes of this State, except as otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, constitutes full authority for the exercise of powers granted in this chapter. 2. No other law with regard to the exercise of any power granted in this chapter that provides for an election, requires an approval, or in any way impedes or restricts the carrying out of the acts authorized to be done applies to any acts taken under this chapter, except as provided in this chapter.3.
