Section 278A.450 - Application: Form; filing fees; place of filing; tentative map1. The form of the application for tentative or final approval and the official of the city or county with whom the application is to be filed must be:(a) Set forth in the ordinance enacted pursuant to this chapter; or(b) Published and made publicly available by the city or county. 2. The fee for filing the application must be: (a) Set forth in the ordinance enacted pursuant to this chapter; or(b) Published and made publicly available by the city or county. 3. If the ordinance requires both tentative and final approval, the application for tentative approval may include a tentative map.
