Section 268.790 - Definitions As used in NRS 268.790 to 268.795, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Area" means a redevelopment area or an urban renewal area, as the case may be, within which the creation of a district is proposed.2. "Council" means the city council.3. "District" means an assessment district created to defray the cost of providing maintenance within the district.4. "Maintenance" means the provision of those services required to clean, incidentally repair and keep in good condition, improvements made in the district pursuant to a redevelopment plan.
