Section 268.4107 - Provision of services by municipal utility to real property not to be conditioned upon annexation of property

If real property is located within the service area of a municipal utility, the provision of services by the municipal utility to the property may not be conditioned upon the property owner agreeing to annexation of the real property to the city.
