Section 241.0356 - Vacancy in voting membership of public body; reduction of quorum; exception1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 or by specific statute, if a vacancy occurs in the voting membership of a public body, the necessary quorum and number of votes necessary to take action on a matter is reduced as though the voting membership does not include the vacancy.2.
