Section 233A.1019 - Executive Director of Department: Appointment; qualifications; classification; restrictions on other employment1. The Governor, upon recommendation of the Commission, shall appoint an Executive Director of the Department who has had successful experience in the administration and promotion of a program comparable to that provided by this chapter.2. The Executive Director is in the unclassified service of the State.3.
