Section 233.030 - Creation; number, appointment and salary of members; expenses of members and employees1. The Nevada Equal Rights Commission, consisting of five members appointed by the Governor, is hereby created.2. Each member of the Commission is entitled to receive a salary of not more than $80, as fixed by the Commission, for each day actually employed on the work of the Commission.3.
