Section 218G.140 - Duty to report improper practices, inadequacy of fiscal records or illegal transactions found in course of audit1. If the Legislative Auditor finds, in the course of an audit, evidence of improper practices of financial administration or inadequacy of fiscal records, the Legislative Auditor shall report these practices immediately to the Governor, each Legislator and the head of the agency affected.2.
