Section 218E.185 - Investigative powers; delegation to certain committees and subcommittees1. In the discharge of any duty imposed or power conferred by this title or any law or resolution, the Legislative Commission may exercise any of the investigative powers set forth in NRS 218E.105 to 218E.140, inclusive.2.
