Section 218E.095 - Unlawful for person to neglect or refuse to obey subpoena, to be sworn, affirm or testify or to produce documentary evidence1. If a legislative subpoena is properly issued to and served on a person, the person shall not, without a reason recognized by law: (a) Neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of the legislative subpoena;(b) Neglect or refuse to be sworn or to affirm before testifying or neglect or refuse to testify as to any relevant matter; or(c) Neglect or refuse to produce any relevant documentary evidence in the possession or under the control of the person.2.
