Section 218D.905 - Distribution to Legislators, legislative officers and Legislative Counsel Bureau There is no limit upon the number of legislative measures or publications that may be distributed free of charge to:
1. Legislators, except as may be otherwise provided by a joint rule or by a rule of either House for its members.2. The Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the Assembly for the proper functioning of their respective Houses.3.
