Section 201.352 - Additional fine for certain violations1. If a person is convicted of a violation of subsection 2 of NRS 201.300, subsection 1 of NRS 201.301, NRS 201.320 or 201.395, the victim of the violation is a child when the offense is committed and physical force or violence or the immediate threat of physical force or violence is used upon the child, the court may, in addition to the term of imprisonment prescribed by statute for the offense and any fine imposed pursuant to subsection 2, impose a fine of not more than $500,000.2. If a person is convicted of a violation of subsection 2 of NRS 201.300, subsection 1 of NRS 201.301, NRS 201.320 or 201.395, the victim of the offense is a child when the offense is committed and the offense also involves a conspiracy to commit a violation of subsection 2 of NRS 201.300, subsection 1 of NRS 201.301, NRS 201.320 or 201.395, the court may, in addition to the punishment prescribed by statute for the offense of a provision of subsection 2 of NRS 201.300, subsection 1 of NRS 201.301, NRS 201.320 or 201.395 and any fine imposed pursuant to subsection 1, impose a fine of not more than $500,000.3.
