Section 196.010 - Treason1. Treason against the people of the State consists in:(a) Levying war against the people of the State;(b) Adhering to its enemies; or(c) Giving them aid and comfort.2. Treason is a category B felony and is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 2 years and a maximum term of not more than 10 years.3.
