Section 148.280 - Conveyances after confirmation of sale1. If a sale is confirmed, a conveyance must be executed to the purchaser by the personal representative. The conveyance must refer to the order confirming sale, and a certified copy of the order must be recorded in the office of the recorder of the county in which the property, or any portion thereof, is located.2.
