Section 148.280 - Conveyances after confirmation of sale1. If a sale is confirmed, a conveyance must be executed to the purchaser by the personal representative. The conveyance must refer to the order confirming sale, and a certified copy of the order must be recorded in the office of the recorder of the county in which the property, or any portion thereof, is located.2. A conveyance so made conveys all the right, title, interest and estate of the decedent in the property at the time of the decedent's death, and if before the sale, by operation of law or otherwise, the estate has acquired any right, title or interest in the property other than or in addition to that of the decedent at the time of his or her death, that right, title or interest also passes by the conveyance.[162:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.162]-(NRS A 1999, 2321)[162:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.162 ] - (NRS A 1999, 2321)
