Section 125.560 - Penalty for violation1. A person who intentionally violates a restraining order or injunction that is in the nature of a temporary or extended order for protection against domestic violence and that is issued in an action or proceeding brought pursuant to this title shall be punished:(a) Where the order or injunction is in the nature of a temporary order for protection against domestic violence, for a misdemeanor.(b) Where the order or injunction is in the nature of an extended order for protection against domestic violence and:(1) The person has not previously violated an extended order for protection against domestic violence, for a misdemeanor;(2) The person has previously violated an extended order for protection against domestic violence one time, for a gross misdemeanor; or(3) The person has previously violated an extended order for protection against domestic violence two or more times, for a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.2.
