Section 116B.720 - Association prohibited from requiring unit's owner to obtain approval to rent or lease unit; exceptions1. Except as otherwise provided in the declaration, an association may not require a unit's owner to secure or obtain any approval from the association in order to rent or lease his or her unit.2.
