Section 5.010 - General requirements for court; designation as court of record There must be in each city a municipal court presided over by a municipal judge. The municipal court:
1. Except as otherwise provided in subsections 4 and 5 of NRS 1.050, must be held at such place in the city within which it is established as the governing body of that city may by ordinance direct.2.
