Section 1A.500 - Disability retirement allowance: Cancellation1. When the recipient of a disability retirement allowance is determined by the Board to be no longer disabled, the recipient's allowance must be cancelled.2. A retired justice or judge who retired on account of disability whose benefit is cancelled may: (a) Suspend his or her monthly benefit until eligible for service retirement; or(b) Elect a service retirement reduced for his or her age if the justice or judge has the service credit necessary to retire.Added to NRS by 2001 Special Session, 81Added to NRS by 2001 Special Session, 81
