Section 90-6-105 - Meetings and acts of the board(1) All meetings of the board are open to the public.(2) All official acts of the board shall be in a regular or special meeting and by a majority of the board.(3) All rules adopted by the board shall be in accordance with the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.En. 35-525 by Sec. 26, Ch. 461, L. 1975; R.C.M. 1947, 35-525.
