Section 90-4-1308 - Joint programs(1) A local government may join with another local government or with any person by contract or otherwise to implement a commercial property-assessed capital enhancements program in whole or in part.(2) If a commercial property-assessed capital enhancements program is implemented jointly by two or more local governments, a single public hearing held jointly by the local governments meets the requirements of 90-4-1306.Added by Laws 2021, Ch. 444,Sec. 8, eff. 1/1/2022.
