Mont. Code § 85-2-523
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The department shall adopt rules for the purpose of implementing 85-2-506 and other controlled ground water area statutes. The rules must include but are not limited to petition requirements and the hearing procedure and process for controlled ground water areas.
