Mont. Code § 80-7-713
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The department may prepare a biennial report on the status of noxious plants and their management in Montana. Reports may be submitted to the governor, to the legislature as provided in 5-11-210, and to other such groups and organizations as the department considers necessary.
