Section 80-6-315 - State special revenue account - source of funds(1) There is an apiary account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102. All funds received by the department under parts 1 through 3 must be deposited in the apiary account.(2) The department may direct the board of investments to invest the funds collected under subsection (1), pursuant to the provisions of 17-6-201.
